We uphold a commitment to transparent pricing, avoiding the inclusion of shipping fees within product prices to ensure clarity for our customers. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for zip or postal codes classified as isolated or rural by our third-party carriers.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once items have left our warehouse, including damaged or defective shipments. Once an order is set up for shipment, changes to the product(s) ordered cannot be accepted. Shipping is calculated from the product subtotal before taxes and discounts. Any additional charges incurred with the delivery company, such as missed attempted delivery charges or weekend delivery, will be transferred to the customer. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut, as well as outside Canada and the United States, is not available.

Customers are responsible for tracking their order from shipment to delivery. Upgrading to White Glove Shipping after an order has been shipped will result in a significant surcharge, potentially causing delays in shipping times and may not always be available. White Glove service is limited to certain areas in Canada but is available throughout the US. Please contact customer service to inquire about availability in your area.
